Europe will be hosting the World Meat Congress for the first time in the past decade. The organisers therefore endeavoured to make sure such an event reflects the situation of all European countries, however diverse it may be.

A steering committee assists PMC and IMS to design a programme and propose speakers. The following organisations collaborated:
